America and Ben ;)

For Ben, by Sophie, a poem

Ben for poem

Your journey has been an exciting one; starting almost two years ago

On those July and August evenings, we’d be fixated watching the show

All the years of preparation were about to become worth while

As you jumped onto our televisions, confidently showcasing your style

Each week on ‘Superstar’ you fought for your place and won the epic part

The high acclaimed role of Jesus, but this achievement was only the start;

Of a career based in vast arenas, and the USA was announced today

Your vocals leave audiences stunned, raw emotion blows them away.

Get ready to wow America, with your stunning stage presence and aura

Jesus is ready to rise again! America, Ben Forster is coming for ya!

i have a co worker, madeleine, who made me a peach cobbler for my birthday…so for her birthday, i wanted to make her cupcakes…i knew she was in a book club, so i did some research of books for decorations.

i thought it was adorable…but i wanted it to look better…so this is what i came up with after 2 days of fondant coloring and blade slitting of little book pages (as shown in the first picture of…

After the Graduation themed cake, Angelica Bakeshop created the theme on Travel.  And what would be more appropriate for this cake if not the illustration of two blue and brown travel bags.

It’s complemented with the model of tge iconic Eiffel Tower in the city of Paris in France, and beside it are the travel diary and the planet Earth.

Sharing Angelica Bakeshop, Cebu – 2014 Summer Culinary Workshops

Blog Post Wednesday, April 2, 2014

After all is said and done, after the smoke has cleared, what will the children be doing next ? And the parents too ?

There will be many families traveling all over the country by land, sea and air, .  Families with children, adults, friends and relatives together discovering new places they haven’t reached before, having fun and adventure.

After the pressure cooker of studies and performance, I’m sure there will be as many families that will simply want to stay home and relax, soaking the quiet and the comfort of home for as long as they can. Until the next pressure cooker of studies and studying starts.

Angelica Bakeshop though is offering a chance for all those not on fun and adventure with their travels, to gain baking skills and expertise while having fun and eating the delicious cakes at the same time.

Angelica Bakeshop organized a series of culinary workshops all throughout the summer months.  So, if you are prepared to learn, have fun, and eat different delicious pastry products, just ask or refer to the schedules below. Look for Annette, Bea or Tess for more information and book your space now. Don’t delay any longer.
